Our Story

Realised was founded in 2012 by Chris Smith and Landon Stroud, who recognised the need for a more approachable and client-centred IT company in Cairns. Built on a foundation of shared morals and deep industry ethics, they established a business where integrity and honest relationships always came first.

Following Landon’s exit in 2026, Matt Richardson stepped into the business as Chris’s new partner. Bringing over 20 years of IT experience and a proven local track record, Matt is a perfect fit for the company culture. Together, Chris and Matt continue to lead the team with those same core values, ensuring Cairns businesses receive trusted, transparent, and deeply experienced IT support.
